An annual check and test conducted to ensure your boiler is working safely and efficiently. Please note: Your boiler warranty will be void if you do not service your boiler annually.
Standard Service – £85.00
This comprehensive standard service includes the following checks and maintenance tasks, performed by qualified Gas Safe engineers:
- Visual inspection of the boiler and its components
- Inspection of the flue system
- Ventilation clearance check
- Gas safety device check and inspection
- Gas pressure and rate check
- Emissions check
- Gas tightness test
- Cleaning of the condense trap
- Cleaning of the central heating filter
- Central heating pressure check
- Radiator and hot water check
- Carbon monoxide alarm check
Premium Service – £185.00*
This enhanced premium service builds on everything included in the standard service, with the following additional checks and maintenance tasks:
- Water quality check and inhibitor addition
- Expansion vessel top-up
- Full strip clean of the main heat exchanger
- Replacement of gaskets
- Thermal imaging of radiators for a true reflection of efficiency

Unvented Cylinder Servicing
Unvented Cylinder Servicing – £85.00
This service includes the following checks and maintenance tasks, performed by qualified Gas Safe engineers:
- Visual inspection of cylinder
- Inlet water check
- Flow rate check
- Operating pressures
- Operating temps
- Safety devices inspection/check/test
- Water quality check
Landlord Gas Safety
A landlord gas safety inspection is a legal requirement in the UK. Each gas appliance in the tenanted property must be individually safety checked. We charge per property not per appliance.
Landlord Gas Safety Per Property – £60.00

Powerflush / Magna Cleanse
A Powerflush is a process that uses water pressure to flush out debris and sludge from the heating system, while a Magna Cleanse is a magnetic filtration system that collects iron oxide sludge from the system. Both processes aim to improve the heating systems efficiency, but they differ in the methodology used to achieve it.
All prices are for systems with up to 10 radiators.

Breakdown/Callout
Every breakdown/call out is different so please contact us regarding your issue. We repair all makes and models of boiler.
- Standard Call Out Fee: £60 (includes attendance and initial diagnosis for up to 30 minutes).
- Additional Labour: Billed in 30–60 minute increments thereafter.
- Materials and Parts: Charged as needed and agreed upon in advance.
- Pricing Agreement: All costs are confirmed with you before any work begins.
Out of hours Emergency call out
Emergency leak or boiler breakdown out of hours.
Out of hours 6pm – 9pm- £100.00
Out of hours 9pm – 8am – £120.00
-Rate charged per hour from arrival at the job.
