Flushing and Cleansing
Boiler making funny noises or radiators with cold spots that don’t heat up the room as well anymore?
You could have a build up of sludge in your heating system.
Sludge is the build-up of magnetite which forms as a result of corrosion. Even a minimal build up of sludge can cause a serious drop in boiler efficiency, stopping your heating system from working efficiently and if left untreated is one of the leading causes of boilers failing.
We offer a flushing and cleansing service where we can remove the sludge from your heating system in as little as 2 hours.
A cleansed system ensures optimal heating from your boiler and provides effective, ongoing protection, extending the life of your boiler, radiators and pipework.
It can also lower your energy usage as your boiler and radiators will work more efficiently afterwards.
Gas Safety Certificates
Gas safety is a essential to ensure your tenants are safe and you are compliant when renting out your property.
If you’re a landlord, it’s your responsibility to keep your property safe for tenants to live in. By law, you must have a gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year. When you receive your landlord gas safety record, you’ll need to make a copy available to your tenants.

Heating Repair
We know how inconvenient and frustrating it can be when your boiler stops working.
Our dedicated repair engineers are here to help get your boiler working safely and efficiently again
We have highly experienced engineers who can diagnose the problem and in many cases get your boiler back up and running there and then.
Our vans are stocked with the most common parts but rest assured if additional parts are required we have access to a wide range of parts to get your boiler working again as quickly as possible.
Our fixed call out fee covers the first hour of labour which often is enough time to diagnosis many common faults and get your boiler back working again.
Additional labour time and parts are charged separately but our engineer will provide you with a cost estimate once the fault has been diagnosed before proceeding further.
All repairs come with a 30 day labour and 1 year guarantee on parts used.
We are Gas Safe registered
We take Gas Safe seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe register and will have their official identity card with them at all times and you can ask to see it. Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
