Our website enquiry form is provided by our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores the details you submit on our behalf.
Our instant boiler quote tool is provided by TrueQuote, which processes the details you enter into it on our behalf.
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how our website is used. It collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and when you tap our phone number, email address or WhatsApp link or submit our enquiry form. This information does not identify you by name.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Provide after-installation support
- Send you a reminder before a booked appointment
- Send you an annual service reminder if you ask us to

We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep relevant records for 6 years in line with our business obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time if there is no ongoing business reason to retain it.
